Received a handwritten complaint from Mr. Mainuddin R/o Calangute  regarding assault and extortion,

Clangute :- Complainant: Mr. Mainuddin S/o Nizamuddin Ansari, age 31 yrs, R/o H. No. 2/189A/F/F1, Colonia De Braganza, Naikawado, Calangute Bardez Goa

Accused: Two unknown male accused occupants of TVS Jupiter vehicle no. GA03AX3xx5

DTPO: On 08.06.2025 at around 06:30 hrs at KGN Biryaniwala Restaurant, Naikawado, Calangute, Bardez Goa

Brief Fact: On the date, time and place mentioned above, the two unknown accused persons with their common intention came to KGN Biryaniwala restaurant, had food and refused to pay the bill and in furtherance assaulted the complainant and also damaged the private property of the complainant. Further the accused persons in order to committing extortion threatened the complainant to break his bones if he fails to hand over the entire cash from the restaurant counter to them.

Hence an offence U/s 115(2), 324 (4), 308(4) R/w 3(5) of BNS 2023 stands registered.

One accused Abhishek S/o Ashok Sutar R/o H.No. 926/1, Near SBI Alto Torda, Salvador Di Mundo, Bardez Goa arrested in this matter. Further investigation is in progress.
