Mobile thief arrested by Pernem Police
Pernem :- on 27/05/2025, Pernem P.S. Crime No.30/2025 U/s 303(2) BNS stands registered upon the complaint of Shri. Anil S/o Kusu Rathod, age 33 years, occ-Driver, R/o C/o Mr. Swapnil Naik, H No. 58, Purva Wada, Casarvarnem, Pernem Goa, N/o H No 766, Kalkeri LT, Talikoti Vijayapura Karnataka, 586118 to the effect that on 15/05/2025 between 02.00 hrs to 03.30 hrs in open parking place opposite Indian Oil petrol pump, NH 66 Dhargal, Pernem, Goa, Unknown accused person/s committed theft of complainants Oppo make mobile phone, model: F27 Pro+ 5G, Midnight Navy Blue colour, bearing sim card no’s: 93xxx05051(Jio) and 91xxx65535(Airtel),and IMEI No’s.1)8692430729xxx30 and 2) 869243072xxx222, W/Rs 34,000/- from the open cabin of truck belonging to the complainant bearing registration no. GA-11-T-6xx4
Further Police team was formed comprising of PSI Sahil S. Naik, PC 7055 Shashank Sakhalkar, PC 8131 Prajyot Mayekar, PC 7072 Krishna Velip and with assistance of CMC Cell of SP(North) Porvorim, accused person namely “Saidul s/o Latib Mandal, age 24 yrs, Occ-Labour, r/o at present Calangute, Bardez, Goa, n/o Chakgopal, Mahipur, Dist- Dakshin Dinajpur, West Bengal” was traced at Colvale, Bardez and was placed under arrest in Pernem PS Crime no.30/2025 U/s 303(2)BNS on 28/05/2025 at 17.59 hrs.
The accused Mr Saidul s/o Latib Mandal during his arrest was found with 1)Oppo, F27 Pro mobile( Belonging to complainant), 2) 01 iphone having greyish colour back panel, 3) 01 iphone having whitish colour back panel,4)01 Samsung mobile phone having blackish colour back panel, 5)Redmi mobile phone having black colour back panel and 6)01 Noise make smart watch, all W/Rs 3,50,000/- approximately.
Further investigation of the above case is in progress with PSI Sahil S. Naik of Pernem PS under the Supervision of Shri. Sachin B. Lokre, PI Pernem PS, Shri. Salim Shaikh, SDPO Pernem.
