The Calangute Police have taken action against a vehicle driver for unauthorised driving his car on a beach.
One White Toyota Fortuner bearing Reg No. CH01BN2122 driven by driver S. Gagan Deep Singh, age 27 years, r/o Hyderabad was found driving on Baga Beach near Mambos Club, which is prohibited
Accordingly the vehicle was brought to the Calangute Police Station and a challan was issued u/s 184(f) of the MV Act. The driver was produced before the Court at Mapusa for further legal action.
The Goa Police reiterate that driving on beaches is strictly prohibited and poses a risk to public safety. Goa Police will continue to take strict action against such violators.
