FIR filed against Pankaj Bajaj and Sahil Wadhwa in Mapusa Police Station…

Shabsharda :-complaint was lodged by Mr. Rahul Kumar, a resident of B-42, Sector-56, Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, alleging a fraudulent land transfer in Anjuna, Bardez, Goa.

According to the complaint, the accused—Pankaj Bajaj, Director of FDD Mark Pvt. Ltd., and Sahil Wadhwa of M/s Sol Realty—allegedly conspired to deprive Mr. Kumar of his rightful stake in two landed properties: Survey No. 463/1, measuring 4,214 sq. meters, and Survey No. 463/10, both situated in Anjuna.

The complainant, a shareholder in FDD Mark Pvt. Ltd., claims that the accused forged his signature on property-related documents before presenting them as genuine to the concerned authorities. This alleged fraudulent act resulted in the illegal transfer of property rights, effectively denying him his ownership entitlements.

The case is being investigated by PSI Y. Mandrekar, who has taken cognizance of the allegations.
